CYBRTCH provides IT support, networking (including Starlink deployments), automation, and related technology services. Specific scope, pricing, and deliverables are defined in separate service agreements or statements of work.

3. Remote Support Tool

The CYBRTCH Remote Support Tool (CybrtchHelp.exe) is provided solely for use during active support engagements with our team. You are responsible for verifying the file hash before execution. We are not liable for any damage resulting from use of modified or unauthorized versions of the tool.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when contacting us and to ensure you have the legal right to grant us access to the systems we are asked to support.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CYBRTCH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or services.
